      • Hire period: 8‑ton skips up to 14 days; 4‑ton and 2‑ton skips up to 7 days. Need longer? Just ask.
      • Safe loading: Keep the load level and within the sides so we can collect first time.
      • Access: Please provide clear, safe access and a level spot. Tight or tricky placements can mean extra time/costs and some surface‑damage risk.
      • On‑road permits: Skips on public roads usually need a council permit. We can arrange this (fees may apply unless agreed otherwise).
      • Leave out (unless agreed beforehand) asbestos, tyres, fridges, gas bottles, liquids/chemicals, batteries, paint, plasterboard, hazardous or electrical waste. Unsure? Ask us.
      • Extra costs only if needed: Overloading, contamination, failed collections, waiting time, or restricted/blocked access may add costs. We’ll flag these wherever possible in advance.
      • Safety: If a skip isn’t safe to lift (e.g., overloaded), we’ll pause and sort it with you.
      • Ownership: The skip remains our property. Please don’t move it yourself—contact us if it needs repositioning.
      • Acceptance: Delivery or use of the skip means you’re happy with these terms.
