We have a fleet of microdiggers possible to go through small spaces of only 750mm, in most cases our diggers will manoeuvre through the majority of garden gates.
Otherwise we can look into alternative access.

Before demolition begins, a qualified inspector can assess the property for hazardous materials, and if found, a licensed abatement team will safely remove them. Addressing these materials is crucial for safety and to comply with environmental regulations.
We would require a type 3 survey.
We remove all debris from the demolition site and dispose of it according to local rules & regulations.
