    • Standard skip hire period is up to 14 days on a 8ton skip and 7 days on a 4ton & 2 ton skip unless otherwise agreed.
    • Skips must not be overloaded or filled above the sides.
    • Customer is responsible for suitable access and safe placement conditions.
    • Any permits required for skips placed on the public highway are chargeable unless agreed otherwise.
    • The following items are prohibited unless agreed in advance: asbestos, tyres, fridges, gas bottles, liquids, chemicals, batteries, paint, plasterboard, hazardous or electrical waste.
    • Additional charges may apply for overloaded skips, contaminated waste, failed collections, waiting time, or restricted access.
    • BSM Group ltd reserves the right to refuse collection of unsafe or overloaded skips.
    • The customer accepts full responsibility for any additional time, access difficulties, recovery costs, or damage risks associated with skips placed in restricted, awkward, or difficult locations requested by the customer.
    • Acceptance of delivery or use of the skip constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
